#38: Paint a picture
Why it’s on the list: At school I was told by my art teacher that taking Art as an option would be a waste of a choice … OK I admit it, I wasn’t very good, and I spent the rest of myself convincing myself that I couldn’t draw. ThenI did a little art course at my kids’ school and really enjoyed painting, even though I wasn’t very good at it. I’ve since acquired a watercolour set but have never actually used it … really ought to dust it down and get it out.
How/when I’ll judge this task to be completed: When I have painted a picture I am happy with.
